State of the Falcons: Can Atlanta be competitive in 2022?

Arthur Smith's Atlanta Falcons go into the 2022 season with the joint lowest total wins over/under in Vegas at just 4.5. The general consensus amongst the media and fans alike is that Atlanta will be one of the worst teams in the league in the upcoming season. If Smith can get his team to replicate the 7-10 record they had last season, most fans would consider that a successful season as Atlanta begin life without long time franchise quarterback Matt Ryan. Only five franchises have a longer playoff drought then the Falcons. Notes From Last Season     Positives Offensive weapon  Cordarelle Patterson exceeded everyones expectations after signing a one year deal with the Falcons. In Arthur Smiths offense, he  had career highs in receptions, receiving yards, receiving touchdowns, rushes, rushing yards and rushing touchdowns.
